About this app

Can you tell me how much money leaves your account each month?

This app isn't a household budget tracker. It only collects money that goes out regularly each month. Subscriptions, rent, electricity, gas, water, smartphone, internet, insurance, loans. Even things with different recurring cycles are converted to monthly amounts and totaled.

■ The reason for creating this app

I recently lost several family members. After the procedures were completed, I looked at my bank statement and found that monthly deductions for services only the account holder knew about were continuing unabated. No one in the family knew what the contracts were for or who to contact.

I also remembered a cashback offer for fiber optic internet just a few days before the deadline. The application period was only one month. There was only one notification email.

Neither of these situations can be prevented by simply "being careful." I created this app because I wanted something that would eliminate the need to remember everything.

■ What it can do

・Collect and store all your contracts

Not just subscriptions, but also rent, utilities, communication fees, insurance, and loans. It calculates the total amount converted to a monthly amount.


* **You can write down contact information:**
You can record the email address used for the contract, customer number, phone number, and cancellation method. You can also record important points such as "Cancellation is only possible by phone" or "Cancellation must be made 10 days before the renewal date."

* **It reminds you of forgotten records:**
After the withdrawal date has passed, it will ask "How much was it?". For fixed amounts, just press a button. The accumulated total will be displayed as a yearly graph.

* **It handles variable payments like electricity bills:**
For payments that change monthly, it calculates using the average of the last three payments. You can notice months where the amount is suddenly higher than before.

* **You can average out annual payments:**
For annual payments like annual membership fees or car tax, you can choose to add them only to that month, or average them out over 12 months and add them to each month. You can switch this in the settings.

* **You won't miss out on money that will be lost after the deadline:**
You can register "Cashback after 2 years," "End of free trial," and "Month when you can cancel without penalty."

* Find unused subscriptions
By setting usage frequency, unused subscriptions will be sorted by price from highest to lowest. It will also show "how much you would save per year by canceling."

* Separate by payment method
You can assign a person responsible for each contract. It will show who is paying how much.

■ To prevent family problems in case of emergencies
You can print a list of your contracts on a single sheet of paper. The table will include service name, price, payment method, contract account, contact information, and cancellation instructions.

For each contract, you can select "Cancel," "Continue," or "Discuss and decide." Cashback offers and renewal dates that you want to remember are also included on the same sheet.

■ Sharing with family is device-independent

You can import payment dates and contact information into Google Calendar and share that calendar with your family. They don't need to install this app. It will appear in their usual calendar on Windows, Mac, iPhone, or Android. (Exporting to a calendar is a Plus version feature. Printing and sharing on paper is available for free.)

■ Your entered data will not be shared.

We do not have a server to store user data. Since there is no destination, the data you enter will not reach us. The creator also cannot see what you have registered.

・No registration or login required.

・There are no fields for card numbers, account numbers, or PINs.

・You decide where to save backups and who to share your calendar with.

We recommend writing down the location of your password, such as "within a password management app," rather than the password itself. This is because the content is not encrypted.

■ Free Version vs. Plus Version

Even with the free version, you can register any number of contracts, and the records will remain permanently. There are no limits on the number of contracts or the storage period. If you place files in a cloud folder, automatic saving is available even with the free version. We haven't restricted the loss of backups, as that would be irreversible.


Upgrading to the Plus version (one-time purchase) unlocks features such as registering family members and pooling payments, exporting to Google Calendar, a trash can to recover deleted contracts (30 days), a change history, payment date notifications, a home screen widget, and ad removal.

Furthermore, you'll receive daily notifications starting 7 days before the deadline for cashback offers, the end of your free trial, the month you can cancel without penalty, and device return requests. These notifications won't stop until you press "Complete." If you mark your contract during the free trial, it won't be included in your monthly total while it's free, and it will automatically revert to paid when the paid period begins.

Even if you remain on the free version, your registered information will not be deleted.

■ Also available on PC

The same app can be used on a PC browser. Entering long URLs, notes, and printing transfer sheets is more reliable on a PC.
