About this app

Displays the day of the week and Calendar day in your status bar for high resolution devices.
With Date in Status Bar HD Pro the icons will appear bigger than that standard version as they are specifically tailored for HD devices such as the Google Nexus devices, Samsung Galaxy S3,S4,S5. HTC One and many more.

Features:

icons do remain at their full size and at full intensity in the notification area when selected,

Man, there's a ton of people complaining this app doesn't work... except they're wrong. It does work, and it works well. I'm on a Pixel 8 Pro and the date is in my status bar and has been for a week straight, with no obtrusive ads. This is the first app I have consciously gone back and paid for just because it actually works, even though they didn't really force me to upgrade to the pro version, in a long time. UPDATE: Also worked on my Pixel 9 pro, and now my Pixel 10 pro.

I like this app. When it's working correctly the date and day displays in the upper left of the notification bar. Unfortunately it takes spells of not showing up. I have to knock on it's door to wake it up. I've tried different settings, but it's like a child, you have to stay after it and sometimes wake it back up. If there is anything you can do to change that unreliability, please do it. It is aggravating and I have the Pro version , I expect a dependable steady app. Could have been 5 stars

Date dissappears from status bar after a cuple of hours, just as it did in the free version. I thought that with paid version this no longer be an issue, but I was wrong. I still have to reset it manually several times a day, so what's the point in using this app? Sad.
