About this app

Wahaj connects school and home. The school integrates attendance, grades, and fees into its system, delivering them to you instantly—no calls, no papers to forget in your bag.

■ For Parents

• Attendance: Your child's absences and tardiness are recorded in real time, along with their grade point average.

• Grades: Marks are displayed as soon as they are published, along with the average for each subject.

• Fees: The amount due, paid, and remaining balance, without questions or review.

• Payment Receipts: Simply photograph the receipt with your mobile phone camera, upload it, and track its approval.

• Notifications: Receive alerts before tuition is due, when an absence is recorded, and when a grade is posted.

• Multiple children can be registered on a single account, with a secondary parent having access only.

■ For Students

• Their daily and weekly schedule.

• Assignments and their due dates, which can be submitted through the app.

• Upcoming exams, and registration for any exams offered by the school.

• Their grades, attendance, and honor roll. ■ For Educational Centers

The app works with centers and courses just as it does with schools: groups, classes, attendance, and monthly fees, instead of separate classes and sections.

■ Before Downloading

Wahhaj is an app your school subscribes to; there's no service you register for yourself. Your account is created by the school administration, and you log in with your mobile number and ID number—no email or password required. If your child's school isn't a subscriber, you won't find your information here.

■ Privacy

No ads, no tracking or analytics tools, and no location tracking. Each school's data is isolated, and parents only see their children's information. Full policy: https://wahhaj.online/privacy

What’s new

A new look for Wahhaj.

• A new logo on the app icon, the splash screen, and throughout the app.
• Signing in has not changed: the same phone number and national ID.
• Nothing has changed in your data or what you can see.
