I have been using Wai Lana Easy Meditation App from April 2020. It's simple to use and helped me a lot during the quarantine period to lessen the stress level. The easy yoga sound meditation methods are the real stress busters. It made me feel happy and helped achieve inner peace. The app has both video and audio options. I love the "Add to Calendar" feature. This feature lets me set a convenient time, and that reminds me to listen and practice meditation. Try "Sunrise Meditations". It's great.

It is amazing!! Highly recommended. After a session, I feel so fresh and so rejuvenating and the interface is also good. It allows different tunes and different meditation focus points. Overall its very useful in a stressful life.

Easy & simple to use. Allows you to choose from different practice session with both audio and video options available, to make your practice easy. My personal favorite - yoga sound playlist, for relaxation at anytime & anywhere. Overall, best meditation app to help & guide you practice.
