About this app

The User App helps people connect with nearby offices and hospitals without standing in long physical queues. Users can log in using their mobile number and OTP. After logging in, they can see available offices near their location and add themselves to a waiting list by selecting an office.

Instead of visiting the office and waiting, users can join the queue through the app and wait virtually. The app shows their current status in the list so they can plan their visit better.

Users can also upload videos to explain their issues or requests. This helps officials understand the problem in advance. The app also allows users to view videos and reasons shared by other users for better clarity and awareness. For privacy, users have the option to hide or unhide their mobile number at any time.
