About this app

Some lines are worth the wait — none are worth standing in.

waitoutside keeps your place in line while you do something better. Scan a venue's QR code and your live ticket lands right here: watch your position move in real time, see the estimated wait, and get pinged when it's your turn.

HOW IT WORKS
• Scan the venue's QR poster — you're in line in seconds
• Watch the line move live: your number, who's being served, time remaining
• Walk away — a live notification keeps your place on your lock screen
• Save your ticket to Google Wallet and watch it update itself
• Get notified when you're up, plus a heads-up when you're almost next
• Show the check-in code when you arrive — you're served

NO STRINGS
• No account, no sign-up
• Your phone number is never required
• Track several queues at once in My Tickets
• Long wait? Some venues let you pick a come-back window — your spot stays yours

Works at barbershops, clinics, restaurants, repair shops, events — anywhere a line forms and waiting outside beats standing inside.
