Create an account in our app and you can start shopping straight away. You can also sign up to myWaitrose or link to an existing account via the app.

Already shop online with Waitrose & Partners?
Sign in using your waitrose.com details and you're good to go. With the app, you can book a delivery or Click & Collect slot, view existing orders, amend orders and search for products with ease.

On the move?
Start a shop in our app, and complete it at waitrose.com ‒ or vice versa. Your Trolley contents and account details will automatically sync.

Are you a myWaitrose member?
Leave your physical myWaitrose card at home and still benefit from the same great offers. Scan the digital card in the app at checkout or use it for ScanPayGo. You can also now add your myWaitrose card to your Google Pay wallet.

Scan and pay in store using your mobile phone with ScanPayGo
Available in the Waitrose app, ScanPayGo allows you to scan product barcodes, see a running total, pack your bags as you go and check out fast. And to make shopping even simpler you can write your shopping list from the app home screen before you arrive in store. You will need to register for a waitrose.com account and myWaitrose card to use ScanPayGo.

Use Favourites
Easily find the items you regularly buy online and in-store. Any items you’ve previously bought online will be automatically added into your Favourites, and items you buy in-store using your myWaitrose card will also be listed. To add more items into your Favourites simply tap on the heart icons.

Home screen shortcuts
Speedily access your most used features (such as your myWaitrose card, trolley and offers) directly from your device home screen – simply press and hold the app icon.

Add upcoming orders to your calendar
After check out simply add your delivery or collection slot time to your phone’s calendar so you’ll never forget the date of your next order.

I really enjoy this more than using the Website. Very easy to use and straightforward. Favourites are saved. Slot dates are much easier to scroll through. The only set back is the note for the delivery driver, I have to write it every week even though its the same note relating to how to find my house. Edit: a recent change I do not like is they eliminated the world foods tab on the browsing through groceries. Now, if I do not search for it by name, I cannot ever browse to soy sauce.

Easy to use, wide choice of items and easy to edit favourites list. Permanent space for driver directions to find you easily, and they are always very polite and helpful. 99% of the time the delivery is perfect with nothing missing, substituted or out of date. Yes, generally more expensive, but always better quality goods and service. Edit: Prices getting a bit too steep, so I'm ordering less, no personalised vouchers again this week, none offered of any use to me.

Ordering via Waitrose is the best platform I've ever used for ordering food. I have mental health problems and struggle with basic tasks, but the app makes it really easy to navigate and use. Yes, it is a little bit more expensive but there are many, many choices. Their "basic range" is also really good. Which means any substitutes are going to be of better quality if you're only buying their own cheaper brand. Delivery is amazing, hourly slots, and they text you 15mins before arriving.
