Waitwhile is a queue and wait management app for businesses and can be used to create virtual waitlists or let customers schedule bookings and appointments in advance. With Waitwhile, customers can line up virtually using their smart device and get notified via text message when it’s their turn. Can't log in. Was able to use the app before the recent update. It just buffers when I open it. I tried on another Android device, after I log in it just buffers and does nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't work

Great but the wait list doesn't show current waiting time next to appointments. You have to click each one individually. The filter /qr/ search button doesn't work either

I don't even know what this app is for can you explain it to me in american terms that I cannot understand?
