The "Khaled Agent" app connects subscribers of flour and food distribution agencies directly with their agents, eliminating the need to visit the agency to inquire and ensuring you never miss your food basket.

What does the app offer?

• Instant Agent Status: Know if your agent is available right now before you leave home.

• Instant Notifications: Receive a notification on your phone when your food basket arrives, or for any important alerts or information from your agent.

• Ration Card Explanations: Access simplified explanations of matters related to your card, such as adding a new person or deactivating the card, along with explanatory video links published by your agent.

• Home Delivery: Simply locate your home on the map once, then request delivery of your food basket with a single tap. Your order details and precise location are sent to your agent, and you can track your order status within the app and cancel it at any time.

• Direct Communication: Call or message your agent on WhatsApp directly from within the app without saving their number. If the agent has two phone numbers from two different networks, you choose the one that's best for your network.

Simplicity and Privacy

Registration requires only your name and phone number. No passwords or complicated steps.

We don't display ads, we don't sell your data, and we never track your location in the background.

Your location is only requested once when you specify your home address, and you can manually specify it on the map without granting any permission.

If you wish to withdraw, the "Delete Account" button will permanently delete your name, phone number, and home address from our servers immediately.
