About this app

WakeRed is a straightforward alarm clock built around one goal: an alarm
that actually goes off, every time -- no accounts, no ads, no clutter.

FEATURES
- Ordinary alarms with repeat days, snooze, and a custom volume per alarm.
- Spoken alarms: type a message and WakeRed speaks it aloud when the
alarm rings -- entirely on-device, no internet required.
- Record your own voice as a wake-up message instead of typing one.
- One Day alarms: a growing calendar for one-off alarms tied to a
specific date, so you never lose track of "just this once" alarms.
- Dream Alarm: an overnight cueing feature for lucid-dreaming practice,
playing a chosen ambient "mood" sound at intervals through the night
and again right at your wake time.
- A home-screen widget for quick to-do notes, independent of your alarms.
- Notices: optional, occasional messages from the developer -- nothing
you didn't ask to receive.

WakeRed asks for exact-alarm and full-screen-alert permissions because
those are what make an alarm clock actually reliable on modern Android --
see the in-app explanations for exactly why each one is needed.
