About this app

Let your boat’s music respond to your ride. WakeVolume automatically adjusts your phone’s Bluetooth media volume based on GPS speed, bringing the volume up for the action and down when you slow down.

Built for wakesurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing and tubing, WakeVolume gives you customizable volume control for time on the water.

AUTOMATIC VOLUME, YOUR WAY

Choose a speed threshold and set your preferred low and high volume levels. When your speed crosses the threshold, WakeVolume adjusts the media volume according to your profile.

Choose gradual volume ramps or immediate changes, with independent settings for increasing and decreasing volume.

PROFILES FOR DIFFERENT RIDERS

Start with Wakesurf, Wakeboard, Water Ski and Tube presets, then customize them for your boat. Create separate profiles for different riders and activities, choose an icon, and add a short session phrase.

Select your current profile directly from the home screen.

MORE CONTROL BETWEEN RIDES

• Toggle Force Low to keep the volume low until you turn it off.
• Choose a gradual or immediate return from Force Low.
• Adjust volume manually to pause automation, then resume when you choose.
• Optionally pause music after the volume ramps down and resume playback before it ramps up.
• Enable previous, play/pause and next-track controls on the Session screen.

SIMPLE SESSION SETUP

Pair your Android phone with your boat’s Bluetooth audio system, choose a profile, and start a session. See your GPS speed during the session.

Automation continues during an active session when the app is minimized or your screen is locked. Tap End Session when you finish.

TRY WAKEVOLUME FOR TWO TRIPS

Download the app and try session automation for two trips. After the trial, choose an auto-renewing six-month subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock to start additional sessions.

Profiles and settings remain available after the trial. An active session is never interrupted because access expires. Paid access can be restored through Google Play on another Android phone using the same purchasing account.

NO ADS. NO APP SIGN-IN.

GPS coordinates and route history stay on your phone. Device registration, session accounting and purchase verification use our secure online service. Optional feedback includes diagnostic information to help troubleshoot problems.

BEFORE YOU HEAD OUT

WakeVolume controls your phone’s media volume; it does not directly control every boat stereo’s independent volume settings. Bluetooth volume behavior and media controls depend on your phone, audio system and music app.

Location permission is required for speed-based automation. An internet connection is required to authorize new sessions and verify purchases. GPS readings can be delayed or unavailable.

Set up while stationary and use safe listening levels. Do not operate the app while driving a boat or vehicle. WakeVolume is not a navigation or safety system.
