The PixelWall HD App is a security camera manager. With the App you view, playback, share cameras & videos.

Understand the App has been updated. I use the app for my security camera. The camera does not pan downward when you press the downward arrow. When the downward arrow is pressed; it actually pans up. When you push the up arrow, it pans correctly, "UP." Please advise, help would be greatly appreciated.

The worst app for security cameras ever. Wanting you to pay for things and storage. Last security cameras I had didn't make you pay for anything. Can't even go back to find certain things on them. I'm not paying for something I bought and own. The update ruined the app worse. It jumps when trying to find a event on the security cameras back to the same time. Won't allow you to scrub through unless you pay for it is absurd. Don't mind charging people for the cameras, but app is useless.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!THE WORST and OVER PRICED SYSTEM I'VE SEEN!!! Their cust service is NONEXISTENT, INSTRUCTIONS ARE CRAPPY you need to guess and use trial and many errors. HORRIBLE response to movement MAJOR delay! ALWAYS TIMES OUT or SHOWES OFFLINE and TAKES FOREVER to reconnect !! IF it does !! If you hear a noise outside just get up and look yourself cause it takes about 2-3 min to get an image !!! It always says poor wifi even right next to the router!!! TERRIBLE SYSTEM DONT BUY !!!!!!!!!
