About this app

WalletPassBuilder Scanner turns your phone into a scanner for the passes you create with WalletPassBuilder. Point it at the barcode on a customer's pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and it does the right thing for that pass:

- Tickets: check people in at the door. A second scan shows when and by whom they were already let in.
- Coupons and vouchers: redeem once, with a confirmation, and the pass shows as used in the customer's Wallet.
- Loyalty cards: see progress and add a stamp, or record a purchase for spend rewards.
- Membership cards and IDs: see whose pass it is, with their photo, and whether it's still valid.

Made for busy counters and doors:
- Big, colour-coded results you can read at arm's length, with a vibration on every scan.
- The camera is ready for the next pass as soon as you close a result.
- Undo a check-in or redemption made by mistake.
- Type the code under the barcode when a screen is cracked or dim.
- Recent scans, so you can look back at who came through.

Your team signs in with their own WalletPassBuilder login. Give counter staff "Scanner only" access and they can scan, without being able to change passes or see billing. Remove someone from your team and their scanner stops working straight away.

The camera is only used to read barcodes: images are never saved or uploaded. The app has no ads and no tracking.
