Walou Hospitality Tools is a calculator and notebook for restaurant front-of-house and kitchen staff.
The recipe cost screen takes ingredient rows of name, quantity and unit price, multiplies each line and sums them to give the per-portion total; recipes can be named and saved with their ingredients for one-tap reload later. The booking capacity planner takes a seat count, an average turn time in minutes and a service window length, and returns how many seatings fit in the window together with the total covers served; named services are saved the same way.
The tip pool splitter takes a total tip amount and hours worked per staff entry, divides the pool proportionally by hours and shows each share next to the entry. Saved shifts keep the day's split available later.
