With all the revenue they bring in you'd think the portal and website would be up to date but they're both archaic and a pain to use they won't even let you pay your bill early, just copy Jackson EMC's app you dont need to reinvent the wheel here.

Clerks are always polite, understanding when a rough spot hits, and helps you get thru it while maintaining your power,ect. Great company and employees, good membership benefits too.
