It's straightforward to use and even has google pay. I really liked seeing the pickup and dropoff locations on the map. My friends and I used this company quite a few times to go from suburbs to NYC and 0 issues.

No stars!!!!! Completely useless 😡 The app dosen't work and neither does the online website for purchasing tickets.... And calling won't help either bc after asking for all of your information as if they can help once obtained... THEN DON'T. Instead they tell you to go but it in person... Ok the take the f****** app down. Oh and don't even think your getting 10% off... Very greedy ppl😡

I decided to give this company a chance. The banner says $10 off the ticket if you get it through the app. I purchased the ticket only to be told by customer service that all promotions have expired. This is false advertisement. Departure 1245 bus never showed. Called office bus already in durham. Waiting on a 150am bus. Never again. First time. Horrible service.
