the bus was an hour late,and customer service rarely answers when I called the company I was told we can hold her and there would not be a charge when the bus got there an hour late they said my 8-month-old baby would have to have a ticket and we could not hold her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY'RE NOT RELIABLE AND THEY DON'T GIVE THE PROPER INFORMATION

It's straightforward to use and even has google pay. I really liked seeing the pickup and dropoff locations on the map. My friends and I used this company quite a few times to go from suburbs to NYC and 0 issues.

No stars!!!!! Completely useless 😡 The app dosen't work and neither does the online website for purchasing tickets.... And calling won't help either bc after asking for all of your information as if they can help once obtained... THEN DON'T. Instead they tell you to go but it in person... Ok the take the f****** app down. Oh and don't even think your getting 10% off... Very greedy ppl😡
