I had the app and the company helped me login that 1 time and I was never able to log in again. I was told by the company to update (uninstall/reinstall) app and there was no login request it automatically must have remembered because I got the app and the device to connect and work. The company didn't give any directions as to how to use the app with the device. I thought my replacement device was broke too but after getting connected to the app I was able to make the device work.

Security Concerns and it doesn't work with SGS Pro, despite being part of the crowdfunding program. The app requires registering with your mobile phone number as well as other unnecessary personal details. The device access permissions required by the app are not appropriate for the proposed function of the app. Nonetheless, I went through all the steps, but could never get connected to my SGS Pro. Not that it matters the device is a piece of junk. Arrowmax scammed us on this one!

The app actually works! I just had to go into the app info page (on Android) and MANUALLY ALLOW PERMISSIONS. I put the SGS PRO on its charger to stay ON. I allowed all permissions requested at first (location, files/media, phone and of course, nearby BT devices), then turned them off 1 by 1. It only needs *PHONE* to send the login code by text; turned it off after login. It only needs *NEARBY DEVICES (BLUETOOTH)* access on to remain functional! SGS must be switched off & on to use new settings.
