I want a refund from this transaction because my kid just accidentally click something on this game, this game auto deducts from my Gcash without confirmation. Im really frustrated about this game i didn't even subscribed my youtube because every money counts in my life. Hi yesterday my 4 yr old child borrowed my phone and accidentally downloaded this app without me knowing that she accidentally purchase vip subscription and others order a total of 6,000 pesos deducted with my MAYA account I've already request a refund for this one on google it is a lot of money for us. We really need this refund how can be there is no refund your policy state that family member ,imagine a. child doesnt know how to read and she keep on clicking it.PLEASE.😡🥺
