AWP Scenarios is a daily companion for employees, to help navigate common workplace challenges, such as handling a customer complaint, pitching an idea to your supervisor, or conducting a performance review.

We employ the latest generative AI technology to simulate one-on-one conversations in a realistic fashion, then “analyze” the conversation with the tap of a button, to provide constructive feedback.

By furnishing a safe space to practice difficult conversations before the “real thing", we help employees achieve a more harmonious and productive workplace. The app also features fresh articles published weekly, on topics relevant to employees.
