Removes the unused READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE Android permissions to comply with Google Play's Photo and Video Permissions policy. Photo and logo selection already run through the system pickers (Android Photo Picker + file picker), so no functionality changes β this just clears the permissions that were blocking publication.
