The Indochina Warehouse and Shipping Management application simplifies the entire process of receiving, packing, handing over, and handling returned goods for multiple partners on a single system.

Warehouse staff can scan QR codes or barcodes on shipping documents to quickly record orders, take photos of packages after packing, and save evidence directly on the system. When the order is handed over to the post office, staff only need to re-scan the shipping document, take a confirmation photo, and update the order status.

For returned goods, the application supports scanning the code to look up the order, compare it with the original packing photo, and record the condition of the goods. If the returned goods are intact, staff can confirm completion. If goods are found to be swapped, missing, damaged, or incorrect, the system allows opening a dispute, entering details, and adding supporting photos.

All important operations are recorded with the time, the person performing the operation, and confirmation images, increasing transparency, minimizing errors, and supporting reconciliation or dispute resolution when necessary.

The application is designed with a clear interface and fast operation, suitable for warehouse environments and supporting the continuous processing of many orders throughout the day.
