For couriers and field workers who pick up and deliver orders, manage task queues, zones, and delivery scenarios, confirm pickups, complete trips, and transmit information to the operations team in real time.

What you can do in the app
• View tasks and the current order queue
• Confirm pickups and mark exceptions (such as "no pickups")
• Manage shifts and complete runs for selected orders
• Record OPS statuses: drops, comments, and, if necessary, sign and take a photo of the report
• Handle order transfers to another person if operationally necessary
• Use background geolocation to ensure correct route operation (in accordance with OS permissions and the privacy policy)
