Received a promotion in the mail for a free wash (which didn't work) and a second free wash if I install the app. It installed - but no way to create an account. Even though I received an SMS message from the first scan on the promo to install the app - once installed it would not send a second SMS to create an account. Guess I am lucky since so many others are complaining about being able to cancel a subscription. Strange for a company to spend so much on a promo and app that sucks.

Terrible App, borderline scammy!! Literally says, "Memberships may be canceled at any time by the customer through the "Manage Account" section on our website, on the Ducky's app..." IT DOESN'T LOAD????? I've tried multiple for MINUTES and it NEVER loads???? It's such a basic app layout too so how does a basic functionality NOT work???

So the app keeps getting stuck at the manage my vehicle screen. I have waited at least 5 min but it becomes on please wait so I cant access to cancel unlimited membership or adjust my car. I even uninstalled/reinstalled the app still same issue
