Received a promotion in the mail for a free wash (which didn't work) and a second free wash if I install the app. It installed - but no way to create an account. Even though I received an SMS message from the first scan on the promo to install the app - once installed it would not send a second SMS to create an account. Guess I am lucky since so many others are complaining about being able to cancel a subscription. Strange for a company to spend so much on a promo and app that sucks.

horrible. cant cancel membership it stays stuck on the loading screen. will be warning everybody to stay away from this scam company.

Trying to cancel but the page keeps on loading. charged me for the next month also.
