Received a promotion in the mail for a free wash (which didn't work) and a second free wash if I install the app. It installed - but no way to create an account. Even though I received an SMS message from the first scan on the promo to install the app - once installed it would not send a second SMS to create an account. Guess I am lucky since so many others are complaining about being able to cancel a subscription. Strange for a company to spend so much on a promo and app that sucks.

Terrible App, borderline scammy!! Literally says, "Memberships may be canceled at any time by the customer through the "Manage Account" section on our website, on the Ducky's app..." IT DOESN'T LOAD????? I've tried multiple for MINUTES and it NEVER loads???? It's such a basic app layout too so how does a basic functionality NOT work???

cannot manage cancellation on the app. like others, they made it so it is difficult to cancel the subscription on the app. the app never works to edit your vehicle so you probably need to show up to the shop and see if you can cancel in person. i haven't tried it yet but disappointed that this app is not working and they need to improve this
