Ratings and reviews

The worst banking app. Not formatted for phones - open account detail and you can't see amount or description of charges without scrolling across screen. You can reformat columns to make it more acceptable, but changes are not saved for the next time you open the app. 10 transactions at a time is the default for a business account that has hundreds of transactions a month.

Transfers never go through. Ever. Sometimes it doesn't show the correct balance and I have to call the bank and ask. If a session times out, you can't just log back in the app crashes and must be restarted.

I had previously enjoyed WTBs mobile and desktop platforms. However I was forced to migrate to the new business platform and it's awful. It's clunky, it's not intuitive, and has been a nuisance since the forced switch.
