First time to request a ride and the first two drivers complained that the charge was too low. That I should top up. Definitely uninstalling now.

There is much misinformation. Fare is eventually high since it keeps on changing. You are charged an amount before boarding on App then after you reach your destination you are asked to pay almost twice the original amount. I don't recommend!!!!

I booked a trip from m eldoret to Chekalini and the amount projected was 2452.After arriving and settling the payment. The app indicated that the amount is 6104 and the trip is 148 kms yet it's about 40 kms from Eldoret to Chekalini. I will never advise using Wasili and have already initiated a formal complaint
