"Nils paid €42 for pints, split with everyone" is a complete, valid way to log an expense: typed, spoken, or snapped as a photo of the receipt. Say it in a Telegram group, message the bot directly, or use the app. Tab figures out who owes what.

Every trip gets its own running tab, so you can log as you go and settle up at the end. Tab works out the smallest number of payments needed to even everyone out: nobody sends five transfers when two would do.
