Hybrid analog and digital: CELEST5448 Minimalist Watch runs bare hands over an empty dial and puts the same time in digits on the right, so you can read it either way without the two fighting for space.

There are no hour markers at all — the hands sit on plain black, and the only other things on the dial are a segmented arc across the top for battery, a matching one across the bottom for step count, and a single complication slot on the left. That slot shows heart rate out of the box, but it takes anything your watch offers: weather, a second time zone, whatever you check most. The digital block carries the hour, minute, seconds, AM/PM, and the date. Thirty color options set the accents.
