Analog aviator, cut down to what a pilot's watch actually needs: CELEST5479 Aviator Watch runs the minute scale large around the outside and the hours small inside it, with a day and date window at three o'clock.

The layout inverts the usual priority, putting the minute numerals where you read them fastest and keeping the hour track quiet on the inner ring. A triangle marks twelve, lume-style hands sweep above, and a red seconds hand gives the only movement of color. Ten color schemes cover it, from Black, Royal, and Lagoon through Ice, Periwinkle, Corn, Linen, and Dust. Four positions on the dial work as shortcuts, tapping straight through to your alarm, calendar, heart rate, or battery, and a single complication can sit at nine o'clock when you want a live reading instead.
