Analog pilot watch, cockpit legibility first: CELEST5487 Aviator Watch runs oversized numerals around a clean dial with a triangle at twelve, the way flieger watches have always done it.

Three sub-dials sit inside the hours — weekday on the left, date on the right, 24-hour time at six o'clock — each with its own hand. Nine dial colors are included, from classic black and gray through blue, sand, lime, orange, champagne, and mint or yellow on black. What sets this one apart is how far the color goes: every hand on the face can be set separately, hour, minute, seconds, weekday, date, and 24-hour, and the dimmed view carries its own set of hand colors on top of that. Complications can replace the sub-dials when you would rather have live data.
