Analog, built from four numbers: CELEST5546 Minimalist Watch drops the twelve-hour ring and keeps only 12, 3, 6 and 9, drawn at a size where they overlap the center of the dial and read as much as shapes as digits. For Wear OS 5+ devices, including Galaxy Watch and Pixel Watch.

The hands cross over the numerals rather than around them, with a soft shadow separating the two layers so nothing gets lost where they meet. Four quarter markers are enough to place the hands — you have been reading watches by quarters for years without noticing — which leaves the rest of the dial empty and the typography doing the work. Hide the numbers entirely and you are left with hands on a bare field.
