About this app

The MD89 is a Simple Minimal and customizable Digital Wear OS watch face by Matteo Dini MD.

It contains 2 Preset App shortcuts, 2 customizable shortcuts, steps (changeable), heart rate + intervals, date, 3 customizable complications where you can have the data you prefer such as "barometer", "weather" (etc.), changeable colors and more.

Also include a TOTAL BLACK background and hiding sections to improve the battery.

This watch face supports all Wear OS devices with API Level 33+ (Wear OS 4 and later versions) like Samsung Galaxy Watch 4-8, Ultra, Pixel Watch etc.

I've had this watchface for years on my Galaxy S3 Frontier and was sad to see no similar option on my Galaxy Watch 5 but I just found it today and I'm so happy!!! Best face hands down! (pun intended!) EDIT!!! Just upgraded to the Watch Ultra 2, the heart rate portion of the watch face stays at 0 now and doesn't reflect my heart rate, it did initially but has since stopped.

If you wanted a big LCD font minimal watchface, this is probably the best one of them all. Shows you the full date, in multiple languages, 3 SMALL_TEXT complications that can be modified (including the steps, which is a very useful feature!). Great color choices and the choice of hiding sections is a real nice bonus feature. Excellent watchface.

Hey, is there any way to turn off constant hr monitoring as it drains a lot of battery? I searched it everwhere but couldn't find any option to do so. Edit:- Thanks for your quick response but I really hope if I could turn it off and only keep manual monitoring. Anyway, loved this watchface. Very simple and looks elegant. Just the way I wanted it.
