As far as I know, this is a Wear OS app, however, it's not compatible with the Pixel Watch 3. I'm out a dollar. Edit - I can now download via the app. Looks good. The only thing I see missing is the step count. It just shows the shoe instead. Hopefully that can be addressed in a future update. Raised the stars from two to four.

Edit:ok I've done all that, there isn't an option to install on my watch, just the phone. The play store on the watch also says not compatible with this device. - Device not compatible with this version. I'm using a galaxy watch ultra 2025.

The developer very helpful on handling the installation problem on my GW6C. Very nice futuristic looking watch face. Good job and keep up the good work!
