I downloaded this watch face because it looks amazing and has all the features I'd use... But once I download it, it won't let me customize anything. When I click on customize it just spins and won't load. I uninstalled it and then re download it, same issue... Oh well. I'm glad other people are enjoying it. I did get a reply from the developer, saying they updated it, I redownload this w.f only to have the same issues.

Was great! Until recently. It seems some functionality was lost during an update? I lost customizations, and had to reset colors, but I can no longer enable on screen "complications". With just a look, I was able to look at the weather, date and really a lot of other things. It seems a lot of things were taken away. I'm not sure if it's a software issue/bug? When it's fixed, I'd probably give more stars. Update: it's been fixed!! Added stars! Their customer service is great as well!

Love this watch face, you can also assign some of the options to active functions such as bixby, switches and a ton of other functions on the watch. Only issue I have is the two side values don't always fit like in the picture "sunset and world time words show up to large". I just chose other features for those two. I am adjusting my review as I followed their instructions to receive another free, but when I got the code, it did not work. I emailed ab the issue THREE time. NO REPLY. Bad support.
