Ratings and reviews

Everyday I have to uninstall and re-install the app for it to work on my phone. App constantly freezes and I get alerts on my phone about the app closing unexpectedly. Please do better. The app doesn't work and there's no way you don't know that based in the current rating. Look for bugs and release an update so the app works properly. Another poor quality app that is probably making somebody money who doesn't care about customer experience.

I love being able to check in on my son any time I want! The video is clear and the app is user friendly. And their Customer Service is great! I was having an issue logging into the app, and they helped me fix it with just a phonecall. Turns out I had accidentally added a letter into my username that wasn't supposed to be there. I had my settings set to save my info through the browser so it was saving the misspelt username. Check that if you are having login issues.

This app is awful. the picture is so blurry I cant tell if my child is smiling or crying. The center gives me 8 sessions a day but if I exit out during a session it not only takes that session away (even if i only opened the app for a few seconds) but when I log back in it asks me to continue and takes ANOTHER session away from me.
