I'm leaving a 4 star instead of 5 for a couple reasons. #1..customer service is great it's a 5. #2..the unit itself is very helpful, however dint manually use it or you will burn through your cassette, they get expensive, specially for shipping costs, need to lower your shipping, you can't tell me it cost almost 20 bucks to ship it. #3... the app is super slow. But that's not hateful. Overall it is convenient. Thanks

The Water Guru Sense S2 is great. No more running to the pool store. I did have an issue where it stopped reading after 2 years. I contacted customer support, and they tried to evaluate remotely. After a couple of hours, they couldn't determine the issue and immediately sent a replacement. couldn't be happier with the service received. I highly recommend.

There is some good and some not-so good to this device. First, the good. It saves time, effort, and sanity to know exactly what my pool's ph, chlorine levels, CYA, etc are. I'm not going to the pool store every week hoping they aren't taking me for a ride. The not-so-good is that I was hoping it would measure more. There is space in the UI for phosphates, and other readings but the mfr hasn't dialed in those readings. 4 stars for now, 5 with improved capacity to measure more.

Thanks so much. Those spaces in the UI are actually for WaterGuru TEST to populate automatically in the app after you submit a water sample to us to professionally analyze. Phosphates, Salt, Copper and Iron! You can order TEST from the app by tapping TEST from the main screen. Have a great day!
