LabCom turns your photometer into a complete water analysis workflow:
measure, document, analyse and share results, on site and across your whole team.
CONNECT AND MEASURE
• Connect PoolLab 1.0 and PoolLab 2.0 over Bluetooth
• Connect ProbeBOX 1.0 over USB
• Read results from the device automatically, with no copying by hand
• Enter values manually for parameters your photometer does not cover, such as temperature, conductivity or flow rate
• Work offline at any time: everything is stored on the device and synchronizes later
ORGANIZE BY SAMPLING POINT
Every result belongs to a sampling point, so one site can keep separate records for a training pool, a splash pool, a cooling circuit or a customer address. Each
sampling point carries its own water volume, which is what dosing recommendations are calculated from.
REVIEW AND SHARE
• Chronological measurement history per sampling point, filterable by date and parameter
• Charts showing how a parameter develops over time
• Ideal ranges per parameter, with results outside the range flagged automatically
• Export a filtered journal as PDF and send it straight from the app
CALCULATE
• Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) and Ryznar Stability Index (RSI)
• Active chlorine
• Water hardness conversion
• Dosing recommendations: enter a target value and receive the required dose,
derived from the measured value, the water volume of the sampling point and your own products
YOUR OWN WATER TREATMENT PRODUCTS
Store the chemicals you actually use, once, with their effect and concentration.
Dosing recommendations then work with your products instead of generic assumptions.
FREE CLOUD SYNCHRONISATION
• Optional and free of charge: results synchronize across all your LabCom installations
• Measurements taken on the photometer without the app also reach the cloud and appear here after the next synchronization
Public swimming pools, facility managers, service technicians, shipping companies, health authorities and water utilities use this to review field results from anywhere, immediately after the measurement.
FIRMWARE UPDATES
Update PoolLab firmware directly from the app. The transfer continues while the app is in the background.
ALSO INCLUDED
• 28+ languages
• Light and dark theme
• User manuals, Links and support contact inside the app
• & more

A NOTE ON PERMISSIONS
On Android 11 and older, Android itself requires the location permission before an app may open a Bluetooth connection. LabCom does not collect, store or use location data. On Android 12 and newer this permission is no longer needed and is not requested.
Manage, analyse and synchronise your water test results.
