The data the app provides is inaccurate. It shows usage when I'm not at home. It also detected a leak but after thorough inspection by a plumber no leaks were found. plus you have to pay monthly for the app for these features. The sad thing is that my water bill is based on this bad data.

One horrible app. It forgets me every so often; then I have to log into my municipal account, get my meter number (yet again) and start over. Almost absolutely useless 😡😡😡😡😡 Only updates for me, once every day or so and just after midnight (2:12+/-am). Of course if I've got a water leaking issue at 3700 gallons a month I'm going to be up at 2:00 a.m. trying to hunt down a leak 🙄

Need the ability to add more than one meter for free. Need the ability to change the password. App is useless to me without being able to see both meters. All parts of this app should be free, just like with Consumers Energy and DTE.
