Ratings and reviews

The mobile check deposit tool takes 10-30 tries to actually take a photo. It looks as if the app is intentionally bringing the check out of focus when taking a photo of the back. I wish it would just use the camera built into my phone to avoid this hassle, I'm thinking about switching banks because I do all of my check deposits mobile

With the forced change to a new type of checking account, I am no longer able to see all of my transactions. I'll have to go back to keeping a ledger, which defeats the purpose of online banking. There are lots of other banks out there looking for my accounts. Have been a customer for many years. Maybe it's time to make a change.

Love this app. But wish was a way to turn on and off cards on this app if I notice something is not right. Got hacked and had to wait 3 days to report it. If I could turn off card at the first sign of fraud would have been better then waiting.
