For me, this app freezes a lot and I have to re-log on every time. It also won't actually let me view my bills. I can click "view bills" but then when I try to click "view" to view the pdf it acts like it opened, but nothing has. I checked my downloads, nothing. I checked my drive, nothing. I checked settings to make sure the permissions are turned on and they are. It is so frustrating dealing with this app. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Such a waste of time. They say they have free automatic withdrawals but charge a convenience fee for every option. There's no way to pay without an extra fee. I'm sorry but I'm not paying for the luxury to pay my own water bill. Don't bother with this app and just send a check with a stamp, that would be way cheaper. Plus the app is frustrating to set up and use.

It works but developers didn't account for credit/debit cards that have a security code beginning with a zero - the system removes the proceeding zero(s) and throws an error that not enough characters have been entered. Additionally, there is no feedback or help in the app which is bananas. Finally, add 5 bucks to your bill for the "convenience" of paying online.
