This is the worst app and the worst bank. So many times have I been given inaccurate balances in my account, or there are issues with them and not allowing payments to process and not doing a damn thing about it. I've lost 600 dollars today because these people don't want to do their job. 100% I'd go with a different bank entirely. It's not worth it.

great app and wonderful bank . agents are kind and friendly. Best establishment I've banked at in years. Best part, they come to you to open account, if you can't make it to the branch. What Bank does that? Washington Trust bank does that's who. more than 5 star ************ rating for me.

They refused to do anything about fraudulent activity on my account. A banking app is useless if the bank can't trusted with your money.
