"Who Pays?" is a friendly offline randomizer for groups. Add 2 to 20 participants, discuss playful immunities, select a volunteer, and spin the roulette. The result is only a suggestion: it doesn't create a debt or obligate the chosen person to pay.
CHOICE BEFORE ANIMATION
First, the app captures the list and determines the outcome, then the roulette displays it. In "Pure Chance" mode, everyone has an equal chance. "Fair" mode uses limited local history weights and displays the real probabilities before the game starts.
MODE FOR EVERY COMPANY
Choose one or two participants, find the lucky winner, hold a quick tournament, pass the phone number for a secret outcome, or split the money equally. A re-draw is only possible after a consensus decision.
JOKE IMMUNITIES
Birthday, meeting organizer, driver, guest of the city, or your own safe explanation—the company always approves the request. You can also choose a mode without immunities right away.
LOCAL CALCULATOR
Enter the amount, tip, and number of participants. The app will correctly round up the amount, but it doesn't process the payment, request a card, or connect to your bank. The default amount isn't saved and can be cleared with a single click.
HISTORY UNDER YOUR CONTROL
Save groups, view fun statistics, or enable no-save mode. Any entry and all local data can be deleted. A share card is created only after a detailed preview.
COMPLETELY OFFLINE
No account, ads, analytics, trackers, or cloud sync. The app doesn't use contacts, photos, camera, microphone, geolocation, banking, or payment information.
"Who Pays?" is an entertainment experience for the company's voluntary decision, not a financial service, gambling, or a way to collect money.
