Watt is a lifestyle and energy tracking app that helps you understand how you truly live.
By tracking your time, daily activities, rest, and movement, Watt shows how your lifestyle directly impacts your energy, balance, and overall well-being.
Unlike traditional health or fitness apps that focus on isolated metrics, Watt connects lifestyle data, time use, and energy patterns into one clear system. This helps you see how your daily decisions shape your life over time.
What Watt Helps You See
• How you spend your time across sleep, responsibilities, routines, and free time
• How rest, movement, and stability influence your daily energy
• Lifestyle patterns that repeat across days, weeks, and months
• Where imbalance or overload is quietly draining you
How Watt Works
• Connect your wearable devices and health data
• Sync your calendar and daily activities
• Complete simple check-ins to reflect and stay aware
• Let Watt visualize your life automatically
Watt doesn’t tell you what to do. It brings clarity, so better decisions follow naturally.
What makes Watt different
Lifestyle-first, not health-first
Watt focuses on how you live, not just what you track.
• Energy-centered
Your energy is the outcome of your habits, routines, and time use — Watt shows that connection.
• Holistic by design
Instead of fragmented dashboards, you get a unified view of your life.
• Built for real life
Flexible, adaptive, and grounded in how people actually live.
Designed for trust and longevity
Watt is built using science-backed frameworks for lifestyle awareness and self-management.
Your data is treated with care and privacy-first principles, aligned with industry standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
Your data remains meaningful, secure, and under your control.
Watt is not about optimization for perfection.
It’s about awareness — and better decisions, one day at a time.
Watt uses Android's Accessibility Service API to power Focus Guard and Time Guard. When you enable these features, Watt detects which app is currently open on your device so it can show a reminder overlay when you open apps you've chosen to limit during a focus session or scheduled cycle.
Watt does not read or collect the content of your screen, messages, passwords,
or personal data within other apps. You choose which apps to manage, and you
can disable the Accessibility Service for Watt at any time in your device's
Accessibility settings.
