New system update .. Not good because when checking the account balance it includes a bounce protection amount thereby by stating a much higher balance than one actually has. This is a sneaky thing to get customers to overdraft thus having to pay high overdraft fees. I thought you were better than this .. Please fix this. Bounce protection may be a good thing, but don't include and add it to a person's actual balance amount.

New app is a complete train wreck right now. Me and 2 of my sibling can't seem to log in with our correct credentials. Complete failure by this corporation to maintain even baseline services. You guys need to fix this nonsense, cause we deserve better than this garbage. People can't even get ahold of your lousy customer support.

Downloaded the app, followed the instructions sent in the mail, I just get the message "no available sign-in." I tried calling but nobody answers the phone. So stupid, you're literally holding my account hostage!
