About this app

Set up your Waveform antenna with guided instructions for a supported AT&T Internet Air Router (BGW830).

Find your setup using the phone number on a supported order, or enter the setup code supplied by Waveform. Confirm your support contact details, connect your phone to the Router's Wi-Fi, and follow the steps to connect your antenna.

Measure download and upload speeds and latency before and after installation. Compare tests at different antenna locations, with available signal readings to help explain the results. Performance varies with network conditions and placement.

Where supported, the app switches between the Router's internal and external antennas during setup. If automatic setup cannot complete, manual instructions help you continue.

Need assistance? Get help opens your texting app with a message addressed to Waveform support. You choose whether to send it.

Real setup requires a compatible AT&T Internet Air Router, Waveform antenna and an eligible Waveform setup. A support phone number is required; SMS verification is not required. Diagnostic sharing is explained during setup. You can read the privacy policy and request account and app-data deletion from Settings.
