Wayak Captain — The Roadside Assistance Provider App

An app dedicated to Wayak's registered captains. Receive and complete roadside assistance requests near you, and track your earnings — all in one place.

Note: This app is for registered captains only. If you're looking for a tow truck or roadside assistance, download the Wayak Customers app.

How it works
• Set your status to "Online" to start receiving requests
• You'll receive a request notification showing the distance between you and the customer before you accept
• Accept the request, head to the location, and update the trip status step by step
• Complete the service and rate the customer

Earnings
• Your balance is updated after each trip
• Request to withdraw your balance at any time
• Complete transaction history: earnings, commissions, and rewards

• Clear order card showing the distance and price before acceptance
• Live tracking so the customer can see your location as you head towards them
• ​​Trip camera to document the service — saved on your device and not uploaded

Registration
Register with your phone number, upload your driver's license and vehicle registration, and add your vehicle details. You can start working after your account is approved by the administration.

Permissions we request:

• Location, including while the app is running in the background — so customers can see your location during the trip, and so you can receive nearby orders
• Camera and microphone — for the trip's camera
• Photos — for your profile picture and registration documents
• Notifications — to receive new orders as soon as they are posted
