Important

The mobile app is available only for employees of companies that already use Wazzup.

New companies can sign up through the Wazzup account dashboard. Once your administrator grants you access, simply sign in to the app with your phone number and start working with customer chats.

Ratings and reviews

I am from Pakistan, i install this app to chack how useful is it but whenever i try to login the app shows an error, this phone number is currently not available to singing this app, please contact your company administrator. I don't know why but i add another number still showing this error. Can you please explain what is the issue?

There's no notification function. App does not notify you of new messages

Customer service is horrible, it's sad cause it looks like a promising service that has a potential to grow but sadly the customer service is just terrible
