the app not opening anytime loading problem It's useless, stop it. It's very bad, very bad. If there's anything worse than bad, it's so bad that it's unspeakable.

The app is useful for checking scheme details, empanelled hospitals, and verifying URN. It is fairly easy to use. However, it needs major improvements. Sometimes the app is slow, and the data safety section shows no encryption and no option to delete user data, which is a concern. Adding better security, faster updates, and more features (like online corrections and claim status tracking) would make it much more reliable.

No option for applying online which could have been a time saver & hygienic as well. Aged people are unable to stand in the line for fill & photo purpose are unable to gain benefit from the scheme. The app does not contain basic information about the process of application & in case of errors we are left with a toll free number since signup option is unavailable. This sort of half hearted endeavours are uncalled for. Please ensure online registration as soon as possible.
