The app is not working properly, basically u can't see the status of capturing the image of patient, if taken the image of patient then only it will show otherwise it only reloading mode and u can't back, first close the app then again open the app to re-work, that's very annoying, kindly solve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you

the app not opening anytime loading problem It's useless, stop it. It's very bad, very bad. If there's anything worse than bad, it's so bad that it's unspeakable.

No option for applying online which could have been a time saver & hygienic as well. Aged people are unable to stand in the line for fill & photo purpose are unable to gain benefit from the scheme. The app does not contain basic information about the process of application & in case of errors we are left with a toll free number since signup option is unavailable. This sort of half hearted endeavours are uncalled for. Please ensure online registration as soon as possible.
