Why is the option to apply online for a new Swasthya Sathi card currently unavailable? The button in this app is dead. Forcing applicants to rely solely on offline paper forms in 2026 is highly inconvenient. This failure to provide digital access really shows what the government is actually doing for the people and their well-being. Please restore the digital registration feature immediately. Until then, nobody should download this.

Everything is fine but Card Status is showing blank which create confusion about is activation or deactivation & also no information about the renewal of card. If is it renewed automatically then it well, or if it have to do manually then proper instruction required. Maybe it came more suitable if it consists with "corrections application" option. Overall very good invention.

No option for applying online which could have been a time saver & hygienic as well. Aged people are unable to stand in the line for fill & photo purpose are unable to gain benefit from the scheme. The app does not contain basic information about the process of application & in case of errors we are left with a toll free number since signup option is unavailable. This sort of half hearted endeavours are uncalled for. Please ensure online registration as soon as possible.
