About this app

The Westbridge Meter App is designed for Westbridge customers in the housing industry, as well as contracted caretakers, facility managers, and service providers. It offers a smart solution for digitally recording electricity and gas meter readings – completely paperless, without Excel spreadsheets or complicated logins.

Simply open the app on-site, select the meter or enter the meter number, read the meter or take a photo – and transmit it securely to Westbridge in just a few clicks. Recording typically takes less than a minute per meter. Even without an internet connection, readings are saved and automatically transmitted as soon as a connection is re-established.

Data Protection & Security
Only technical measurement data is transmitted (meter number, meter reading, optionally a photo, timestamp, and approximate geo-coordinates for on-site verification). All data is transmitted in encrypted form and processed in compliance with GDPR; no personal user data is collected.
