It is better than it used to be but there is a particular glitch or something that makes me nervous .On three separate devices now starting roughly a year ago once the app is opened I will get a notification in my drop that says the application is running and the only way to get it to stop is to go into the app and force stop. Makes me worry that if someone was able to hack into my phone that it would be that much easier to get into my bank account. Otherwise the app is halfway decent.

The online banking experience is enough to make me want to switch banks. This app is clunky and has accessibility issues. The enrollment form is broken, to the point where the only option is to have a bank employee manually enroll you. Having to re-enroll every 6 months is a waste of time as well.

Love the convenience, but, when I close the app and do something else, the app pops up and opens again. This has happened on multiple devices. Also, sometimes I am not able to access my account balance after logging in.
