Main Features:
Academic:
1. Lesson Plan:
• Teaching staff can update specific academic lessons, including objectives, activities, and assessment methods.
2. Mark Attendance:
• Teaching staff can record student attendance for daily lectures, along with the option to indicate whether the lecture was conducted or not.
3. Set Extra Lectures:
• Teaching staff can schedule additional lectures by specifying the date, time slots, and venue.
4. Schedule:
• Teaching staff can access their own schedules or timetables based on the academic session and semester type.
5. Academic Report:
• Teaching staff can view reports related to student attendance and syllabus progress. They can also access subject-wise data for lectures with unlocked attendance and monitor the status of planned, covered, and remaining topics in the syllabus.
HR:
1. Leave:
• Employees can apply for leaves, allocate alternate arrangements, and access their leave summary and leave register. The leave summary provides a historical record of leave applications and their current statuses.
2. Bio-metric:
• Employees can view their bio-metric punch timestamps within a specified date range.
3. Perks:
• Employees can access their monthly salary slips and an annual salary register.
4. D-Wallet:
• Employees have the option to upload essential documents for verification purposes and download the verified documents.
